We do not collect precise GPS location, contacts, microphone audio outside of video recordings you explicitly initiate, or any biometric data.
We use the information we collect solely to operate and improve the Take One platform:

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:
Take One requests access to your device's camera and photo library exclusively to enable you to capture and upload media as part of your assigned shot list. We do not access your camera or photo library in the background, and we do not analyze, scan, or transmit any media that you have not explicitly chosen to upload.
You may revoke camera or photo library access at any time in your device's Settings. Revoking access will prevent media capture within the app but will not affect your account or previously uploaded media.
We retain your account information and associated data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When an organization's account is closed, associated project data and media are deleted within 90 days unless a shorter period is requested.
You may request deletion of your personal account data at any time (see Section 7). Residual copies in backups are purged on a rolling basis within 90 days of the deletion request.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), hashed password storage, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data. We will notify affected users and relevant authorities of any data breach as required by applicable law.
Take One is a professional business tool intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at privacy@teamwebmarketers.ca and we will delete it promptly.
Take One is operated from Canada. If you access the platform from outside Canada, your data may be transferred to and processed in Canada or other countries where our infrastructure providers operate. By using the platform, you acknowledge and consent to this transfer. We ensure that any such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards.
The platform may contain links to external websites or integrate with third-party services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any external services you access.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify users via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
